摘  要:针对机车控制中的频率检测电路复杂、检测信号不兼容、品质差的特点,设计了一种充分应用SPI接口技术的高效、低成本的频率检测功能模块。该模块应用隔直滤波和滞回比较电路实现频率信号调理,通过可编程逻辑器件实现频率计数和SPI数据传输功能。针对SPI传输带宽受限问题,设计了根据频率值自动切换T法或M法的频率采集算法和SPI传输的数据格式。通过仿真电路和真实电路实验分别验证了该模块的原理和性能,实验结果表明,该模块能够兼容检测过零、非过零频率信号,并且能够有效控制SPI传输的数据容量。In the control of locomotive,according to the frequency detecting was complicated,and the signal which will be detected is diverse. So,against these issues,we designed an high efficient and low-cost frequency detection mod- ule,which made good use of the technology of SPI interface. The module,applying the blocking filter circuit and hysteresis comparator circuit,achieved the signal conditioning,in addition,taking count of frequency and data trans- mission by programmable logic device. Attributing to SPI transfer bandwidth being constrained,we achieved the algo- rithm,according to the signal frequency,to select automatically the method between the T method and the M method, while we designed the form of data transmission for SPI. The simulation experiments and real circuit experiments veri- fied the module principle and performance,indicating that was compatible and the module could detect zero-crossing signal and signal,and the ability to effectively control the capacity of data transmission of SPI
