摘 要:人才招聘是企业人力资源管理当中的重要环节。网络招聘背景下,从大量简历中挑选综合能力较强的合适的求职者,是企业保持领先竞争优势的关键因素之一。首先建立企业人才评价模型和人才评价指标体系,在此基础之上,探讨基于优势关系的粗集决策方法在企业人才招聘中的应用,并对企业实际招聘数据进行分析,实例研究表明该方法简便易行,可以提高企业人才招聘的效率。Recruitment plays an important role in the enterprise human resources management. In the background of network recruitment, selecting suitable job seekers of strong comprehensive ability from a large number of resumes is one of the key factors to keep leading competitive advantage for the enterprise. Firstly, the paper establishes en- terprise talent evaluation model and talent evaluation index system then discusses the application of rough set based on the dominance relationship of decision method in the enterprise recruitment and carries the analysis on an enter- prise actual recruitment data. Case study indicates that this method is practical and able to improve the efficiency of enterprise recruitment.
