摘  要:目的观察肝性脑病大鼠和正常大鼠脑中缝背核5-羟色胺的表达;探讨中缝核神经元的形态学改变及5-羟色胺在肝性脑病发病机制中的作用。方法雄性大鼠35只,建立肝性脑病模型后,通过免疫细胞化学染色方法观察中缝核5-羟色胺阳性神经元的变化,并用图像分析仪对中缝核5-羟色胺能神经元进行光密度及体积测定,进行定量分析并与正常组相比较。结果肝性脑病大鼠脑内5-羟色胺神经元比对照组大鼠光密度值显著增高;直径显著减小。结论 5-羟色胺表达发生改变,提示这种神经递质参与了肝性脑病神经元的损伤,对肝性脑病大鼠神经系统有一定的影响。Objective It is to observe the expression of 5 - HT in raphe nuclei in the rats with hepatic encephalopathy and normal rats, and to explore the morphological changes of cerebral raphe dorsal nucleus and 5 - HT'funetion in the mechanism of pathogenesis of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 35 male rats were selected and after hepatic encephalopathy models were established, the changes of 5 - HT neurons in nucleus raphe serotonin were observed by immunohistochemical method, and the raphe nucleus 5 - on serotoninergic neuronal optical density and volume were determined by image analysis, quantitative analysis was performed on and compared with the normal group. Results Compared with that of control group, 5 - HT neurons in rats with hepatic encephalopathy had higher optical density value and shorter diameter, the differences were significant. Conclusion The expression changes of 5 - HT suggested that the neurotransmitter involved in hepatic encephalopathy neuronal injury, and it had a certain effect on the nervous system of rats with hepatic encephalopatby.
