脉冲染料激光联合外用咪喹莫特在难治性鲜红斑痣中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评估脉冲染料激光(pulsed dye laser,PDL)联合外用咪喹莫特治疗难治性鲜红斑痣(紫红型、肥厚型)的疗效。方法:将28例采用脉冲染料激光治疗5次后颜色改变不明显甚至颜色加深的鲜红斑痣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:采用脉冲染料激光治疗后外用咪喹莫特,每天1次,持续1月,间隔1.5月后重复治疗,2次激光治疗后观察疗效;对照组:继续采用脉冲染料激光治疗2次后观察效果。结果:采用脉冲染料激光联合外用咪喹莫特治疗效果明显好于原来单用脉冲染料激光的治疗效果。结论:基于本试验初步研究的结果,脉冲染料激光加咪喹莫特在难治性鲜红斑痣治疗上有很好的临床应用前景。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pulsed dye laser （PDL） combined with topical imiquimod in the treatment of refractory fresh （purple, hypertrophic a） erythema mole. Methods The 28 cases in the pulsed dye laser treatment five times the color change is not obvious even to deepen the color of PWS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group using the pulsed dye laser treatment topical imiquimod once a day last one month, interval 1.5 months repeated after treatment, after treatment to observe the effect of the control group, continue to use the pulsed dye laser treatment twice after the observed effects. Results The pulsed dye laser in combination with topical imiquimod treatment effect was significantly better than the original single pulsed dye laser treatment effect. Conclusion based on the results of this preliminary study, the pulsed dye laser and imiquimod treatment of refractory port wine stains have a good prospect for clinical application.
