摘 要:目的:观察EDTA处理对牙本质表面结构及粘接强度的影响。方法:选取离体磨牙40颗,暴露浅层牙本质,分成4组,分别使用17%EDTA处理牙本质表面10 s、40 s、10 min或不处理,20例样本(n=5)用于观察牙本质表面形貌及检测钙含量,另外20例(n=5)用于SE Bond粘接AP-X树脂后检测微拉伸粘接强度。结果:随EDTA处理时间延长,牙本质表面钙含量降低,牙本质小管暴露数目增加,界面粘接剂/混合层厚度增加,树脂突变长。4组微拉伸粘接强度分别为:对照组(44.69±9.52)MPa、10 s组(47.38±11.55)MPa、40 s组(43.28±10.58)MPa、10 min组(46.28±10.13)MPa,各组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:EDTA处理使牙本质表面钙含量降低,但对自酸蚀粘接剂牙本质粘接强度无显著影响。自酸蚀粘接剂与牙本质的粘接效果可能由微机械结合和化学结合共同决定。Objective:To investigate influence of EDTA conditioning on dentin surface morphology,calcium content and microtensile bond strength.Methods: The occlusal part of 40 human molars was sectioned horizontally to expose dentin surface.The dentin surface was conditioned by 17% EDTA for 10 s,40 s and 10 min respectively,the untreated samples were used as the controls(n=10).20 samples(n=5) were subjected to SEM and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) for morphology and composition analysis.The other 20 samples(n=5) were applied for bond strength determineation with a Microtensile Tester.Results: After conditioned with EDTA,the number of open dentin tubules increased and calcium content of intertubule dentin decreased with prolonged conditioning time(P〈0.05).The bond strength of SE Bond to pre-conditioned dentin were:(44.69±9.52) MPa in control group;(47.38±11.55) MPa in 10 s group;(43.28±10.58) MPa in 40 s group;(46.28±10.13) MPa in 10 min group(P〈0.05),while the thickness of adhesive/hybrid layer and length of resin tag increased with EDTA conditioning time.Conclusion: Dentin surface composition changes with prolonged EDTA conditioning,but the microtensile bond strength with SE bond is not significantly influenced.
