牙髓血管化再生治疗成人感染性年轻恒牙的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：选择2008-02～2011-09确诊为慢性根尖周炎伴根尖孔未闭合的成人患者10例,采用牙髓血管化再生的治疗方法。通过3个月～3年的观察,2例出现术后疼痛,10例均有牙体变色,同时所有患牙根尖区炎症范围均缩小,但牙根后续发育不明显。10 cases aged 20-39 years with immature permanent teeth and apical periodontitis were treated by the pulp revascularization procedures and followed up for 3 to 36 months.2 patients had postoperative pain,all teeth had discoloration,all the periapical radiolucency area on the radiographic film was narrowing,but the root development was not obvious.
