摘　　要：对比增强双能数字化乳腺X线摄影(CEDM)是数字化乳腺X线摄影的新进展,本文综述其物理原理、方法及对放射剂量的影响,并分析其临床应用的现状。The contrast-enhanced dual-energy digital mammography （CEDM） is an advanced technique of the full- field digital mammography. The physical phenomenon, imaging parameters as well as the influence on average glandular dose of are reviewed. Also, the clinical application of CEDM is analyzed.
