摘　　要：目的：总结鼻咽癌基因治疗研究进展，为临床治疗及基础研究提供参考。方法：在万方、中国知网、pubmed数据库检索近年关于鼻咽癌基因治疗的研究资料，并进行综合分析。结果：鼻咽癌基因治疗在基础研究方面取得满意的效果，在临床应用中副作用少、医从性好。具体方法有免疫基因治疗，自杀基因治疗，基因替代治疗，基因沉默治疗和反义基因治疗。结论：基因治疗将成为鼻咽癌治疗的重要手段。Objective：To provide references for the clinical therapeutics and basic research, NPC gene therapy research was reviewed in the paper. Methods：To summarize the relative literatures related to NPC gene therapy in recent years in Wanfang, CNKI and PubMed database. Results：NPC gene therapy has been achieved satisfactory results in basic research with fewer adverse reactions, good patients＇ compliance in the clinical ap- plication. There were gene immunotherapy, suicide gene therapy, gene replacement therapy, gene silencing and antisense gene therapy. Conclusions：Gene therapy will become an important treatment on NPC.
