摘　　要：功利主义价值观既是一种狭隘的思想方法,又是一种偏激的行为方式。它的核心是物质第一与个人至上:即将人生的目标锁定在与物质价值相互关联的方向上,并且将个人的利益置于他人的、集体的和国家利益之上。它是我们社会生活中的一种毒瘤,诱发了社会上诸多恶性事件。我们不论在国家的制度设计还是在行业的业绩评估中,都应该从根本上解构功利主义的价值观,在合理满足个体利益、集体利益、行业利益的基础上,树立一种以国家、民族利益为取向,以社会共德为基准的价值观,并且使其成为一种全社会可以普遍践行的社会共识,进而为国家文化安全奠定坚实的文化根基。Utilitarianism value is not only a narrow thinking method, but also a exlreme way of behavior, h puts mate- rial and individual as the supreme. It is a kind of caneer in our social life that could induee numerous vicious events. We shouhl fundamentally deeonstruct the utilitarianism value whether in national system design or professional per- formanee assessment. We should establish a wdue oriented by national interests and social morality, and publicizes it to be a societal common view thal eouht be universally practiced in whole society, and Ihis would do good to national cuhural security.
