摘  要:以壳聚糖和阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备挥发物α-蒎烯微胶囊制剂。通过单因素考察和正交试验获得微胶囊的最佳制备工艺条件。结果表明:壁材壳聚糖和阿拉伯胶的质量分数分别为0.2%和3.5%,乳化剂体积分数为2.5%,芯壁材质量比为1∶1,反应温度为45℃,pH值为4.5,凝聚时间为60min及搅拌转速为770r/min为最佳制备工艺条件;在此条件下,可形成壁膜表面致密、大小均匀的球形微胶囊,其平均粒径为5μm左右,包埋率与载药量分别为(51.70±2.5)%和(42.11±2.3)%,微胶囊能够明显延长α-蒎烯释放时间,延长其活性,从而拓展其应用范围。An α-pinene slow-release microcapsule with complex coacervation was prepared with chitosan and Arabic gum as wall materials. The optimal preparation process condition was obtained by applying a single-factor test and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the concentrations of wall material and Arabic gum were 0.2% and 3.5% , respectively, emulsifier content was 2.5% , ratio of core and wall material was 1: 1, reaction temperature was 45 ℃ , pH was 4.5, time for coacervation was 60 min and stirring revolutions 770 round/min were the best preparation process conditions. Uniform spherical microcapsules had an average particle size of 5μm. The encapsulation efficiency and drug loading were up to (51.70 ± 2.5 ) % and (42. 11 ± 2.3 ) %. The microcapsule can extend releasing time of α-pinene, prolong its aetivity of time, thus expand its seope of application.
