摘　　要：目的探讨Vivadent瓷修补系统修复金属烤瓷冠桥瓷崩的临床适用范围和特点。方法应用Vivadent瓷修补系统修补33例不同类型崩瓷患牙,随访12个月观察其疗效。结果 a类瓷崩修补成功率高于b、c类(P<0.05),b类与c类比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);前牙组修补成功率(76.5%)高于后牙组(62.5%)(P<0.05)。结论使用Vivadent瓷修补系统修补烤瓷冠桥瓷崩是一种简便有效的方法,但应注意选择合适适应证和瓷崩类型。Objective To discuss the clinical indications and characteristics of Vivadent ceramic repair system for porcelain fracture in porcelanin-fused-to-metal prosthesis. Methods Vivadent Ceramic Repair system was adopted to repair 33 cases of porcelain fracture. All cases were followed up for 12 months. Results The success rate of type a porcelain fracture repairment was higher than that of type b and c porcelain fracture repairment （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in success rate between type b and type c porcelain fracture （P〉0.05）. There was a significant difference in the success rate between anterior teeth fracture repairment （76.5%） and posterior teeth fracture repairment （62.5%） （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Vivadent porcelain repair system is safe, simple and effective to repair fractured porcelain, but the indications and porcelain fracture types should be carefully chosen.
