摘　　要：法律文明的演进拓展与法律移植紧密相连,罗马法历经数百年的砥砺、磨合与渗透才拓展为大陆法系。近代中国开启移植西方法律先河至今,法制体系已基本建构,然而如何与民族国家实际融合实为法治之大任,仅劳务派遣法治建设就需要许多方面的努力。The evolution and expansion of law civilization is inseparable from law transplantation,as illustrated by the fact that the Roman Law could not develop into the Civil Law system without hundreds of years＇ evolvement and progression.Although Chinese law system has been established by and large since the transplantation of Western law system in modern China,to achieve the rule by law,China still face the prominent task of compromising the transplanted law system with realities of the nation and the country.For example,labor dispatching alone requires enduring efforts from various aspects.
