摘　　要：危害行为是我国刑法理论中的一个重要概念,诸多的理论问题都是围绕着"危害行为"这一概念而展开,然而,目前在危害行为的基本问题上,仍然有不少争议,就其实行行为的标准、作为与不作为标准、不纯正不作为义务的实质根据、先行行为义务范围等,拟对几个有较大争议的问题展开讨论。Actus Beus is a basic concept in our criminal theory and is also related with a series of theoretical issues. Presently there are still many disagreements concerning Actus Reus despite a lot research has been made. The article mainly focuses on several most controversial issues： the criteria on identification of the perpetration, distinction between commission and omission, substantial foundation for the duty to act, the abmit of continuing act,etc.
