摘 要:为了比较精确地计算纯电动汽车传动轴的扭转疲劳寿命,文章针对某型纯电动汽车,首先按制动能量回收最大化策略,计算了不同制动程度下传动轴上的反向扭矩。在进行等速传动轴的匹配计算时,选择不同规格的等速传动轴,校核了这些不同规格的等速传动轴在假设理想工况下的疲劳失效里程,并计算了各规格传动轴的静扭强度裕度系数.计算结果显示,在文章假设的一般行驶工况条件下,为了达到可接受的疲劳失效里程,传动轴扭矩裕度系数需要设定在2.7-3.1。文章的计算方法和计算结果可为纯电动汽车传动轴的匹配计算提供初步的依据.In order to calculate the fatigue lift of driveshaft accurately for battery electric vehicle, taking a batter7 electrie vehicle as an example, the backward torque on driveshaft in different braking has been calculated based on braking restore energy strategy. After Selecting varied models of CV driveshaft,the fatigue failure mileage in assumed ideal driving condition has heen checked, and the ,nargin coefficient of static torsional strength tor CV driveshaft is calculated in matching of CV driveshaft calculation. The results show that the margin coefficient of driveshaft should be set from 2.7 to 3.1 to realize the acceptable failure mileage in assumed ideal driving conditions mentioned in this paper. The calculation method and results described in the paper provide the hasis for matching of driveshaft calculation.
