摘　　要：从高师院校理工类生源质量状况入手,通过对L师范学院理工类大学生的实证调查,在自我规划、专业规划、职业规划三个层面对其职业发展相关数据进行分析与评价研究,为高师院校理工类大学生自身职业发展、价值观形成以及高效率、高质量就业提供帮助.This paper starts with the fact that aptitude levels of science and engineering students of higher normal school are lesser than the students of comprehensive or science and technology universities.On the basis of empirical investigation of science and engineering students of Luoyang Normal University,this paper investigates data related to vocational development from the perspective of self-regulation,specialty-regulation and professional-regulation,for the purpose of developing students’consciousness concerning professional development and effectively facilitating students’vocational prospects.
