双相Ⅰ型和双相Ⅱ型障碍间歇期患者人格特征的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双相Ⅰ型与双相Ⅱ型患者人格特征的差异性。方法收集既往符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第四版)(DSM-Ⅳ)双相Ⅰ型或双相Ⅱ型的诊断标准,患者目前处于疾病的间歇期(即:汉密尔顿抑郁量表分数≤8分、贝克-拉范森躁狂量表分数≤5分)的双相I型和双相Ⅱ型患者各40例。以明尼苏达多项人格调查表(MMPI)为工具,比较双相Ⅰ型和双相Ⅱ型患者的人格特征。结果双相Ⅰ型与双相Ⅱ型MMPI各量表得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双相Ⅰ型与双相Ⅱ型患者之间人格特征无明显差异。Objective To explore the differences of personality features between patients with bipolar I disorder and bipolar II disorder. Methods Patients who meet diagnosis criterion of bipolar I disorder and bipolar II disorder in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fourth Edition （DSM- IV ） were gathered. All cases were in interval phase at present, as scores of Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） ≤ 8; scores of Bech-Rafaelsen mania scale （BRMS） ≤ 5. Eighty patients were selected in this study and divided in the bipolar I disorder （n = 40） and bipolar II disorder （n = 40）. With Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory （MMPI）, the personality features between patients with bipolar I disorder and bipolar II disorder were compared. Results No statistically significant difference was found in MMPI meter scores between patients with bipolar I disorder and bipolar II disorder. Conclusions The differences of personality features between patients with bipolar I disorder and bipolar II disorder are not significant.
