摘　　要：涤锦超细纤维毛巾布在碱减量、染色、定形、皂洗等加工过程中,会出现碱减量率不合格、去油不净、色花、色污、死折印、烘干不透、异味、克质量不合格、定形尺寸不稳定、织物摩擦起毛等染整疵病,影响产品质量。针对以上问题,文中对各工序造残原因进行了分析,并给出了疵病预防及修复措施的具体建议,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。Dyeing and finishing defects such as unqualified alkali minimization rate, incomplete oil removal, color tone, color dirt, permanent crease, incomplete dryin, peculiar smell, imperfect gram mass, dimensional insta- bility after setting, pilling on fabric surface often occur when applying alkali minimization, dyeing, setting or soap- ing process to polyester polyamide superfine fiber towel fabrics. Thus, in this paper, the reasons for these dyeing and finishing defects of polyester polyamide superfine fiber towel fabrics are analyzed; meanwhile, the measures of defects prevention and defects repair are stated, which have guiding significance for the practical production.
