菜豆象成虫触角感器的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：利用扫描电镜观察菜豆象(Acanthoscelides obtectus(Say))成虫触角感器的形态、数量及分布特征。结果表明,菜豆象成虫触角由柄节、梗节和鞭节组成,其中鞭节由9个亚节组成;在触角上共观察到毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、B hm氏鬃毛4类7种类型感器。Through using scanning electron microscope,the morphology,quantity and distribution characteristics of Acanthoscelides obtectus adult’s sensilla was observated.The result showed that the antennal of Acanthoscelides obtectus is composed of scape,pedicel and the flagellum,and the flagellum consists of 9 segments.Sensillum trichodeum,Sensillum chaeticum,Basiconic sensilla,and B hm bristle totally 4 categories and 7 kinds of sensilla types were found in the antennal.
