两种根充糊剂充填根管的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价2种根充糊剂的临床疗效。方法138例共200个牙，随机分成2组。一组为替硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂，一组为替硝唑碘仿糊剂，全部病例经两年以上追踪观察。结果两组临床疗效无明显差异（P大于0．01）。结论替硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂及替硝唑碘仿糊剂联合牙胶尖用于根管充填，是一种有效的治疗根尖周病的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of 2 kinds of root canal filling paste. Methods 138 cases with a total of 200 teeth, randomly divided into 2 groups. A group of tinidazole calcium hydroxide paste, a group of tinidazole iodoform, following a two-year follow-up of all cases. Results The clinical effect of the two group are not significantly different （p greater than 0.01）. Conclusion Tinidazole and tinidazole iodoform calcium hydroxide paste joint gutta-percha for root canal filling, is an effective method of treatment of Periapical disease.
