职业指导视角下大学生就业力的路径选择

摘　　要：职业指导作为联系学校教育与社会需求的纽带,能够有效地调控就业需求和个人求学需求,促进人力资源供需合理匹配,有助于大学生形成自我实现的长效动力、正确的人生观和价值观。高校应该积极探索"发展型"的职业指导模式,构建"创新型"的职业指导平台,培育"全方位"的高校就业市场,以完善职业指导体系,提升大学生就业力。As a link between school education and social demand, vocational guidance can regulate the employment demand and individual learning needs effectively, contributes to the reasonable matching of supply and demand of human resources, and it also can help students to form a long-term motivation, the correct outlook on life and values, which is helpful for self-fulfillment. In order to perfect the vocational guidance system and promote the employability of undergraduates, the college should energetically grope for the ＂ developing＂ vocational guidance mode, construct the ＂ innovative＂ vocational guidance platform, and cultivate the ＂ all-round＂ employment market.
