摘　　要："刺猬效应"是教育艺术的一种集中体现。辅导员在教育管理过程中,既要与学生要保持亲密关系;同时又要与学生保持必要的心理距离。在利用"刺猬效应"的教育管理实践中,辅导员需要注意以下几个方面:要处理好与学生的关系,要智慧地爱学生,要在学生中树立威信,要有容纳学生的意识。＂Hedgehog Effect＂ is one kind of embodiment of education art. Counselors, in the process of educa- tion management, not only have to maintain close relationship with the students, but also keep necessary psychological distance. In the application of ＂Hedgehog Effect＂ in education management work, counselors need to pay attention to the following aspects： deal with the relationship with the students properly, wisely love them, set up the prestige among them, and own the consciousness of embracing them.
