摘　　要：从研究中医脾的生理和病理方面入手,探析痰湿体质与脾系亚健康状态的关系。痰湿体质是脾系亚健康状态的物质基础,痰湿体质决定脾系亚健康状态的表现和转归。中医强调"不治已病,治未病","体质-亚健康-疾病"存在着纵向发展的特性。因此,调整和优化体质、干预亚健康则显得尤为重要。The research started with the characteristics of the physiology and pathology on TCM spleen, so as to explore the relationship between the phlegm-dampness constitution and the sub-health state on TCM spleen. The author believes that phlegm-dampness constitution is the material basis for the sub-health state on TCM spleen, or even decides its manifestations and prognosis. Just because of the characteristic of ＇Constitution-Sub-health-Diseases＇, it is important to improve human＇s constitution and intervene of the occurrence the sub-health.
