摘  要:目的:通过观察3种不同病理状态下大鼠肺部和肠道的菌群情况,从肺肠菌群变化的相关性角度探索探讨"肺与大肠相表里"。方法:建立肺病、肠病、肺肠合病3种大鼠模型,进行肺部和肠道菌群的菌落计数与种类鉴定。结果:与空白组比,3组模型大鼠肺部和肠道的菌群变化均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。肺病组的肠道菌群与肠病组比部分差异显著(P<0.05)。肺肠同病组的肺部菌群和肠道菌群变化比单纯肺病和单纯肠病差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:病理状态下,肺部菌群的变化与肠道菌群的变化具有一定的同步性。肺病对肠道菌群的影响比肠病对肺部菌群的影响大。Objective: In order to detect the exterior and interior correlation of lung and large intestine form the perspective of changes of flora, we observed the changes of flora in both lung and large intestine under three different pathological states. Methods: To establish three rats model with pulmonary disease, bowel disease and combined pulmonary disease and bowel disease, then to authenticate the number and category of the flora in lung and large intestine. Results: Compared to blank control group, there was statistically significant of flora changes in lung and intestine for the three model groups (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). There was significant difference between changes of rats with pulmon^y disease and rats with bowel disease (P〈0.05). The flora changes in rats with both pulmonary disease and bowel disease were more significant than that in only pulmonary disease or bowel disease (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: There was certain synchronism of flora changes in lung and large intestine under pathogenic condition. The impact of bowel disease on pulmonary disease was more significant than that of bowel disease on pulmonary disease.
