“情志衰老”假说研究思路

摘　　要：脑老化是全身衰老的重要组成部分。情志不畅,必然影响全身气机的通调,致使五脏受累,脑失濡养而老化加速。怒由肝之精气所化,且作为负性情绪的核心,对机体的影响更大。文章提出"情志衰老"假说,总结了国内外近年来对愤怒情志和脑衰老的相关认识,指出事件相关单位-功能磁共振成像技术(ERP-fMRI)联合同步描记脑神经电生理变化可以应用于该领域的研究,为探明愤怒加速脑老化的作用机制提供新的见解。Brain aging is the important component of whole body. Poor emotion can certainly impact the free circulation of qi activity of whole body, cause physiological disfunction of five zang-organs, lead brain lose nourishment and speed up aging. Anger is originated from the essence qi of liver. As the core of negative emotion, anger has bigger effects on body. This paper proposes hypothesis of ＇emotion senescence＇, summarizes related points of angry emotion and brain aging both at home and abroad in recent years, states that briefly unite of evented related potential （ERP） and fMR/synchronously graphing electro- physiological change of cranial nerve could be applied to study this field, which provides new insights to verify the functional mechanism of anger accelerating brain aging.
