胃经五输穴阻抗值相对指标正常范围初探

摘　　要：目的:已初步找到了正常生理胃经五输穴的阻抗值正常指标的一个参考范围,但发现用于临床上并不能完全满足于实际的应用,所以提出要运用相对指标来辅助诊断。方法:试用自行研制脏腑疾病诊断仪DM-Ⅰ测试180名无胃病及其循行经脉病健康人的胃经五输体表阻抗值。结果:分别得到各个穴位两两之间的比值,作为判断病情的依据,在实际应用中也起到了很好的诊断效果。结论:相对指标为判断病情提供了更多的指标和方法,胃经五输穴阻抗值的相对指标和正常指标结合使用可为诊断胃病提供更多更好的参考依据。Objective： The reference range of the normal index of the impedance values of Five-Shu points on stomach meridian had been found, but it can not meet with the actual application which need the opposite index in the scope of clinical diagnosis. Methods： The impedance values of Five-Shu points on 180 healthy people without stomach disease and disease along the Stomach meridian were detected by the zang-fu disease diagnostic apparatus DM-I. Results： The ratio between points on Stomach meridian was got respectively, as the disease basis which played a good diagnosis effect in practical application. Conclusion： The opposite index provided more indices and methods in judging the disease. The combination of opposite index and absolute index will provide better reference in diagnosing gastropathy.
