摘　　要：痰瘀相关理论,即津血同源,痰瘀相关,痰浊与瘀血既是病理产物,又是致病因素。络病学说认为"久病入络""久痛入络",凡久病、久痛之疾病,皆可由于络脉瘀滞引起。痰瘀相关理论对于阐述络病的病因病机,指导络病的治疗提供了理论基础及临床应用前提。Phlegm and blood stasis theory refers to fluid and blood sharing the same origin as well as phlegm and blood being related. Phlegm and blood stasis are pathological products and the causative factors as well. Collateral disease theory believes that chronic illness can involves collaterals or long pain involves collaterals. All these can cause collaterals stasis. Phlegm and blood stasis theory can provide the theoretical basis and clinical application for treating collateral diseases and explaining etiology and pathogenesis of the disease.
