摘　　要：目的 探讨老年人眼底荧光血管造影术的不良反应特点.方法 选取2008年1月至2012年12月我院接受眼底荧光血管造影检查的346例老年患者,对其不良反应进行观察和分析.结果 在346例患者中,共有19例患者出现不良反应,占5.49％.其中出现轻度不良反应14例,在所有不良反应中占73.68％；中度不良反应5例,占所有不良反应的26.32％；无重度不良反应及死亡病例.男性的不良反应发生率明显高于女性（x2=6.970,P=0.008）,既往有过敏史的患者发生不良反应的几率明显高于无过敏史的患者（x2=145.120,P＜0.001）.结论 老年人眼底荧光血管造影术是相对安全的检查方法.Objective To investigate the safety of fundus angiography with fluorescein sodium in elderly patients.Methods A group of 346 consecutive cases of fundus angiography were observed and the adverse effects were analyzed.Results There were 19 cases （5.49%） of adverse effect occurring in the total 346 cases.14 cases （73.68%） had mild adverse effects,5 cases （26.32%） were moderate adverse effects; no severe adverse effect and death occurred.The incidence rate of adverse effect in male was significant higher than that in female （x2 =6.970,P =0.008）.The incidence rate of adverse effect in patients with allergy history was significant higher than that in patients without allergy history（x2 =145.120,P 〈 0.001）.Conclusion Fundus fluorescent angiography is a safe examination in elderly patients.
