摘 要:[目的]预测紫色卷蛾Choristoneura murinana气味结合蛋白的三维结构。[方法]用同源模建构建了紫色卷蛾气味结合蛋白的三维结构。分别用Procheck、Verify_3D、Errat和ProSa2003等程序评价模建结构的可靠性。[结果]模建结构显示,紫色卷蛾的气味结合蛋白由6个α-螺旋和连接这些螺旋的回折构成,底物结合口袋成锥形。6个保守的半胱氨酸形成3个对结构起稳定作用的二硫键。[结论]预测结构可靠,为紫色卷蛾的研究奠定了理论基础。[Objective] The research aimed to predict the three dimension structure of pheromone binding protein of Choristoneura murinana. [Method] The three dimension structure of pheromone binding protein of Choristoneura murinana was modeled by homology modeling method. The evalua- tion of the model by Procheck, Verify_3D, Errat and ProSa2003 indicated that the model was reliable. [Result] The pheromone binding protein of Choristoneura murinana consists of 6 α-helices and loops between them. 6 conserved cysteines form 3 disulfide bonds which could stabilize the structure. [Conclusion] The prediction structure was reliable. This study could provide a foundation for Choristoneura murinana research.
