摘 要:通过对中国地区779家企业进行有效的问卷调查,对战略人力资本、企业持续竞争优势以及外部环境三者之间的关系提出假设并进行检验。研究结果表明,内开型人力资本与外取型人力资本对企业持续竞争优势具有正向影响;技术环境和市场环境对内开型人力资本与企业持续竞争优势的关系具有反向调节作用,政策环境对其不具有调节作用;市场环境对外取型人力资本与企业持续竞争优势关系具有反向调节作用,技术环境和政策环境对其不具有调节作用。Based on an effective survey in 779 enterprises in China, testing the hypothesis of the relationship between the strategic human capital, and corporating sustainable competitive advantage and external environment, the results show that both internal human capital and external human capital have a positive impact on the sustainable competitive advantage. Technology environment and market environment have a reverse regulatory impact on the relationship between internal human capital and sustainable competitive advantage, and policy environment have no regulatory impact on it. Market envi-ronment has a reverse regulatory impact on the relationship between external human capital and corporate sustainable competitive advantages, and technology environment and policy environment have no regulatory impact on it.
