摘　　要：本文以情商的概念、内涵及其在体育教学中培养学生情商能力的意义为理论抓手,系统地阐述了在体育教学中如何培养学生的情商,并说明其路径与方法。进而得出结论:教师在培养学生情商能力的过程中,不仅要营造和谐、热烈的体育课堂教学氛围,更要运用合理的教学方法、组织形式和评价手段,来促使学生能更好地更自我了解、自我管理、自我激励、识别他人情绪以及处理人际关系等能力,进而促进学生情商能力的全面发展。this paper based on the concept of emotion quotient,the connotation and the meaning of the theory,Described the physical education created a media for students′EQ ability Training, Identified the strategy of the physical education on Training students′ ability of EQ.This article concludes that Teachers good at training students′EQ capabilities not only helps to create a harmonious, lively classroom atmosphere,but also it is more conducive to all-round development of students.
