摘  要:惯性测量组合(IMU)是飞行器控制系统中的核心部件,其结构复杂、精度要求高,是故障率最高的部件之一。基于TEAMS平台建立某惯组系统的多信号模型,并对其测试性进行分析与评估,针对固有测试在故障定位和诊断中存在的不足,提出两种测试点的改进方案。分析结果表明:改进后的IMU测试性得到了显著提高,基于多信号模型的测试性分析与评估方法对增强装备保障能力是有效的。Inertial measure unit (IMU) is the kernel component of aerocraft control system, which has complex construction and needs high accuracy. However, IMU also is one of components with the highest fault rate in the system. In this paper, the multi-signal model of inertial measure unit is built based on TEAMS. And the testability of inertial measure unit is analyzed and evaluated. In order to overcome the shortages of inherence testability, two improved schemes are brought forward to increase the testability of IMU. The results of analyses show that the testability of the improved IMU is increased markedly and the analyzing and evaluating method of testability based on multi-signal model is effective to enhance the safeguard ability of the equipment.
