胃镜专用面罩在无痛胃镜检查中的安全效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察比较使用胃镜专用面罩在无痛胃镜检查时患者SPO2改善情况。方法选择自愿行无痛胃镜检查的门诊患者200例,随机分为两组:胃镜专用面罩吸氧组(W组)和鼻导管吸氧组(B组),两组各100例。两组在注射麻醉药前2 min吸氧,W组用无痛胃镜专用面罩吸氧,B组用鼻导管吸氧,氧流量均为4 L/min。然后依次注射芬太尼和丙泊酚,记录两组患者吸氧前、吸氧2 min后以及检查中的SPO2最低值,同时记录两组托下颌次数﹑面罩加压给氧次数及拔除胃镜次数并比较。结果胃镜专用面罩吸氧组SPO2最低值明显高于鼻导管吸氧组(P<0.05),鼻导管吸氧组的托下颌次数﹑面罩加压给氧次数及拔除胃镜次数高于无痛胃镜面罩组(P<0.05)。结论胃镜专用面罩吸氧用于无痛胃镜检查优于鼻导管吸氧,能更好地维持血氧饱和度,进一步提高麻醉的安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To observe and compare the difference in SPOz in parents undergoing gastroscopy with anaesthetic by using endoscopy mask and nasal catheter. Methods Total 200 voluntary outpatients undergoing gastroscopy with anaesthetic were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups： endoscopic face mask oxygen-inspiration group（ group W） and nasal catheter oxy- gen-inspiration group（ group B） with 100 cases in each group. Oxygen inspiration began 2 minutes before the anesthetic injection, oxygen flow rate was 4 L/min. Fentanyl and propofo] were injected in turn. The minimum value of SPO2 in the two groups before oxygen inspiration,2 minutes after oxygen inspiration and during the check were recorded. At the same time, the times of lifting the chin, supplying oxygen with masks pressure, and pulling out gastroscope were recorded. Results The minimum SPO~ in the Group W was obviously higher than that in the Group B （P 〈 0.05）. The times of lifting the chin, supplying oxygen with masks pressure, and pulling out gastroscope in the Group B was obviously higher than those in Group W（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of oxygen-inspiration with endoscopic face mask is superior to nasal catheter. It can maintain the blood oxygen saturation better, and further improve the safety of anesthesia, and can be widely used in clinic.
