前弹力层表面翼状胬肉切除术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前弹力层表面翼状胬肉切除术的手术效果。方法:以74例(86只眼)翼状胬肉患者为研究对象。所有患者行前弹力层表面翼状胬肉切除术。观察手术效果。结果:术中存在少数分离困难的现象。术后78只眼痊愈,8只眼复发。62只眼视力不变,18只眼视力上升,6只眼视力下降。2只眼出现重度混浊。结论:前弹力层表面翼状胬肉切除术下,术中翼状胬肉分离较易,术后痊愈效果良好,有效控制了术后视力不佳现象和术后角膜中央区上皮下4mm直径的混浊现象,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of operation of elastic layer on the surface of pterygium excision.Method： 74 cases （ 86 eyes ） of pterygium patients were regarded as subjects.All surfaces of patients were given the elastic lamina excision of pterygium, observed the effect of the operation.Result： There were few difficult separation phenomenons.78 eyes recovered after surgery, 8 eyes relapsed.62 eyes were unchanged, and 18 eyes upward, 6 eyes vision loss.2 eyes had severe haze.Conclusion： The surface of pterygium excision under Bowman＇s layer, operation of pterygium are easy to be separated, postoperative recovery effect is good, effective control of postoperative eyesight phenomenon and postoperative cornea epithelium of 4 mm diameter turbid phenomenon, worthy of clinical application.
