摘　　要：鉴于目前提升机制动系统监测和诊断方法的问题,通过Labview软件控制PLC以及采集卡开发出一套提升机制动系统监控系统。实现了对制动系统的实时监测与诊断、运行状况的模拟。该系统能对制动系统实时的在线监测、动态显示、历史曲线查看、自诊断与报警等功能。Given the current brake system monitoring and diagnosis of the problem,this control by PLC and Labview software acquisition card developed a brake system monitoring and diagnosis system.To achieve real-time on the braking system monitoring and diagnosis,operational status of the simulation.The system can brake line real-time monitoring,dynamic display,historical curve view,self-diagnostic and alarm functions.
