摘 要:利用自制问卷,对来自7个省市的765名初高中物理教师进行了教学研究发展现状调查。问卷包括"研究的态度和认识"、"研究素养"、"环境支持"、"参与教学研究情况"、"教师教学研究成效"5个维度,共30个项目。通过对调查结果的统计及差异性检验,大致描绘了当前我国中学物理教师的教学研究发展现状,并在数据分析基础上,对"教学与教学研究冲突"的实践悖论、教学研究功利化的利与弊、环境支持与教学研究的负相关以及教学研究的低效困境等问题进行了理性思考。This paper investigates 765 physics teachers in junior and senior high schools from seven provinces by using self-made questionnaire about the present situation of physics instruction research. The questionnaire has 30 topics, including 5 dimensions: the attitude and awareness; research accomplishment; environmental support; the situation of teachers' participation in research and the effectiveness. The status of middle school physics teachers' instruction research in China is outlined by statistical analysis and difference test. And on the basis of data analysis, the paradox of "conflict between instruction and research" in practice, advantages and disadvantages of the utilitarian orientation of research, the negative correlation of environmental support and instruction research, and the inefficient dilemma of teachers' research are discussed in the paper.
