大学生外倾性与自尊、自我效能感的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生外倾性与自尊、自我效能感之间的关系。方法采用自尊量表、一般自我效能感量表、艾森克人格问卷中的外倾性量表对南京某大学的200名本科大学生进行调查。结果不同性别的大学生在自尊和自我效能感上存在显著差异;不同学科的大学生在自尊和外倾性上存在显著差异;外倾性的个体自我效能感更高。结论应鼓励大学积极参加社交活动,多与外倾性个体接触,提高其自我效能感。Object This study adopted E-test of EPQ,SES and GSES to investigate the relationship among the extroversion, self-respect and self-efficiency. Method Subjects were 171 undergraduates in Nanjing university. Results Significant differences are found in the gender on the self-respect and self-efficiency; significant differences are found in the subject on the self-respect and extroversion; 3） the extroverts students own higher self-eficiency. Conclusion the undergradu- ates should take part in more social activities and contact with the extroverts which can enhance their self-efficacy.
