摘　　要：论述了少儿图书馆的工作职能,探讨了阅读在少儿成长中的意义,结合淮安市图书馆的具体实践,提出了提高少儿阅读服务水平的新思路。This paper discusses the job functions of children＇s library, probes into the significance of the reading in children＇ s growth, and connecting with the concrete practice of Huaian Library, puts forward some new ideas for improving the level of reading service for children.
