摘 要:为提高电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)的换挡品质,研制了一种新型应用二自由度电磁执行器的AMT换挡系统。介绍了执行器结构和工作原理并通过实验分析了其动静态特性。将换挡同步过程分为四个阶段,提出了以PID和模糊控制为主体的分段控制策略,并进行了仿真研究。最后研制了实验台架及控制系统,验证了新型换挡系统的可行性及提出的控制策略的可靠性。实验结果表明,提出的控制策略能够降低换挡同步过程的冲击度和单位面积滑磨功,能够提高换挡品质。To improve the shifting quality and reduce the shift time of AMT, a new type of AMT gearshift system based on a 2- DOF electromagnetic actuator was developed. The structure and working principle of the actuator was described and the static, dynamic characteristics were investigated through experiments. The shift synchronization process was divided into four stages, and variable structure control strategies based on PID and fuzzy control were proposed and simulated. The test bench was developed and used to verify the gearshift system and the proposed variable structure gearshift control strategy. The results show that the proposed control strategy can improve the shift quality and reduce the impact and friction work per unit of the gearshift process.
