重症口腔颌面部多间隙感染86例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察综合疗法治疗重症口腔颌面部多间隙感染的疗效。方法2002年5月至2012年4月，对86例重症1：7腔颌面部多间隙感染的患者行切开引流、抗感染、全身支持治疗和预防治疗并发症等综合治疗。结果86例患者经综合治疗后，83例（96．5％）治愈，3例（3．5％）死亡。结论综合疗法可有效降低重症口腔颌面部多间隙感染的死亡率，提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the curative effect of comprehensive therapy on severe oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections. Methods From May 2002 to April 2012, 86 patients suf- fered from severe oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections were treated by comprehensive therapy including establishment of patent drainage, anti - infection, supportive therapy as well as prevention and treatment of complications. Results After the comprehensive treatment, 83 patients （ 96.5% ） were cured, the other 3 patients（3.5% ） died. Conclusions Comprehensive therapy can effectively reduce the mortality of severe oral and maxillofacial muhiple space infections and improve the therapeutic effect.
