摘　　要：围绕经济发展与民生改善基本内容体系,结合广西边境少数民族地区的特点和发展历史,对广西中越边境8县(市)的乡镇居民进行抽样调查。采用定量与定性分析的方法,从家庭情况、收支状况、教育就业、社会保障、医疗卫生和社会管理等方面,深入研究和分析广西边境少数民族地区经济发展与民生改善的现状与成效,以期为边境民族地区经济发展与民生改善的政策调整提供理论与实践支持。Based on the content system of economic development and people＇ s livelihood improvement, in the combination of the char- acteristics and development history of Guangxi minority border areas, this thesis conducts a sampling survey of residents in villages and towns of 8 counties （cities） at the border between Guangxi province of China and Vietnam, by using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, from various aspects of family situation, income status, education and employment, social security, health care and social management to conduct an intensive studies on the status and effects of economic de- velopment and people＇ s livelihood improvement in Guangxi minority border areas as to provide theoretical and practical sup- ports for the policy adjustment of the economic development and people＇ s livelihood improvement of Guangxi minority border areas.
