摘  要:在传统的利用电压积分法设计的转矩观测器中,由于纯积分环节存在直流漂移和初始相位误差问题,导致电磁转矩观测在相位和幅值上产生误差,特别在低速时这种误差尤为严重。因此,该文引入一种改进的高通滤波器,它包含1个高通滤波器和1个三角变换模块。该方法在电机同步角频率处的幅频和相频特性与纯积分环节相同,不会造成幅值衰减和相位偏移;同时该方法的直流增益为零,有效解决了纯积分环节由于直流偏置导致的积分饱和问题。In the traditional torque observer, which is designed using the vohage integration method, the DC bias and initial phase problems of pure integrator will cause error on phase and amplitude of torque observation, especially at low speed, this error is particularly serious. Therefore, this paper will introduce a modified high-pass filter, which contains a high-pass filter and a triangle transform module. In this method, the amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase-frequency characteristic at the point of synchronous angular frequency of motor are the same with pure integrator's, so that it will not cause amplitude attenuation and phase shift. At the same time, DC gain of this method is zero. Thus this method can effectively solve the problem of integral saturation caused by DC bias of pure integrator.
