摘 要:目的以柯氏评估模型为基础,建立一套全科医生转岗培训效果评估指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法经过两轮专家咨询确定全科医生转岗培训效果评估指标及其权重系数。结果两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为84.0%(21/25)和90.5%(19/21),专家权威程度均为0.85,最终的专家协调系数为0.754。确定的指标体系包括4项一级指标、10项二级指标、18项三级指标、31项四级指标,并确定了指标权重。结论专家的积极程度和权威程度较高,两轮咨询后专家的意见已经趋于一致,专家意见协调性较好,结果可信。构建的指标体系可用于全科医生转岗培训效果的评估。Objective To establish the index system for assessing the effectiveness of general practitioner job - transfer training program on the base of Kirkpatrick evaluating model. Methods Two rounds of Delphi consultation were carried out to de- termine the evaluating indicators and their weights. Results The active coefficient of experts in the two rounds of Delphi consulta- tion were 84. 0% (21/25) and 90. 5% (19/21) respectively, both the two rounds of the degree of specialist authority were O. 85, the final coordination coefficient of the specialists' opinion were 0. 754. The index system was established including 4 first grade indexes, 10 second grade indexes, 18 third grade indexes and 31 fourth grade indexes. And the weights of these indexes were also determined. Conclusion Panel of experts show great initiative and have great authority on research subjects. The opinions of all experts have been tending to be uniform after two rounds of consultation, and the result is reliable. The index system set up by Delphi method could be applied to evaluate the effectiveness of general practitioner job -transfer training program.
