摘　　要：结合山东建筑工程学院图书馆方案设计 ,探索如何根据特定的环境条件 ,进行因地、因需、因时制宜的设计策略 ,文章从图书馆总平面设计、平面设计、空间艺术处理等方面入手 ,详细阐述在基地物质环境 (地 )、功能需要及价值定位 (需 )、发展趋势及时代要求 (时 )三方条件制约之下 ,如何顺应时空环境 ,创造满足功能要求且有个性的、具有一定文化内涵的建筑作品。Based on the design of library of Shandong Institute of Architecture and Engineering, the design strategy under given local condition, requirement and historicity is presented. From the view of site plan, plan and space, a creative thinking of the design of a function satisfying, characterful and culture reflecting building is showed in detail.
