摘 要:采用C.I.酸性蓝113和C.I.酸性蓝168对大豆蛋白/牛奶酪素蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维(简称双蛋白纤维)和大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇共混纤维(简称大豆蛋白复合纤维)进行染色,比较了Langmuir和Langmuir+Nernst 2个染色热力学方程对实验点的模拟结果,探讨了染色温度对Langmuir+Nernst吸附常数的影响,分析了2只染料对双蛋白纤维和大豆蛋白复合纤维吸附性能的差异。结果表明,Langmuir+Nernst吸附模型比Langmuir模型更适合于描述酸性蓝113和酸性蓝168在双蛋白纤维和大豆蛋白复合纤维上的吸附,染料在双蛋白纤维上的平衡吸附量高于大豆蛋白复合纤维,酸性蓝113与纤维离子键结合程度高于酸性蓝168。C.I.Acid Blue 113 and C.I.Acid Blue 168 were applied to the dyeing of soybean/casein/polyvinyl alcohol blend fiber(short for double protein fiber) and soybean/polyvinyl alcohol blend fiber(short for soybean protein fiber).The absorption thermodynamic performance of acid dyes on double protein fiber and soybean protein fiber were compared by Langmuir and Langmuir+Nernst absorption equations.The effects of dyeing temperature on the Langmuir+Nernst absorption constants were also investigated.The differences of absorption properties between double protein fiber and soybean protein fiber were analyzed.It was found that Langmuir+Nernst equation can better fit the adsorption of the acid dyes on double protein fiber and soybean protein fiber.The equilibrium absorption of acid dyes on double protein fibers was higher than that of soybean protein fibers.The electrostatic interaction force between Acid Blue 113 and fiber was stronger than that between Acid Blue 168 and fiber.
