摘  要:在大田试验条件下,研究了施用酒糟生物有机肥和微生物菌剂对土壤微生物数量、酶活性及高粱产量的影响。结果表明:微生物数量和酶活性都随生育期推进表现为先增高后降低的趋势。施用酒糟生物有机肥和微生物菌剂的土壤,微生物数量和酶活性明显高于复合肥和普通有机肥,且随酒糟生物有机肥施用量的增加而增大,在处理Ⅲ达到拐点,再增加施肥各指标变化不显著。同时,施用酒糟生物有机肥+微生物菌剂的最高产量高于复合肥和普通有机肥。从总体上讲,施用酒糟生物有机肥+微生物菌剂的施肥方式效果好、产量高,是有机高粱生产的新模式。The changes of quantities of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes and enzyme activities, as well as sorghum yield fertilized by distiller's grains bio-organic fertilizer and microbial agent at different growth stages of sorghum were studied in the stubble-field experiment. The results showed that microbial populations and enzyme aclivities firstly presented increasing and then decreasing tendencies. The quantities of soil microorganisms and enzyme activity which fertilized by distiller's grains bio-organic fertilizer and microbial agent were significantly higher than compound fertilizer and ordinary organic fertilizer, and increasing with the amount of fertilize, fertilizer's efficiency was not increased significantly when the fertilizing amount was in treatment III. And the peak yield fertilized by distiller's grains bio-organic fertilizer and microbial agent was higher than compound fertilizer and ordinary organic fertilizer. Generally speaking, fertilization methods with distiller's grains bio-organic fertilizer and microbial inoculum is a new method of sorghum production.
