摘　　要：从生态共同演进的视角,借鉴生态学及其共同演进的理论观点,从理论层面分析了大学跨学科组织建设管理实践与共同演进的契合性,界定了大学跨学科组织共同演进的内涵,阐释了其特征与治理因素,并从实践层面提出了具体的治理策略,为大学跨学科组织共同演进的治理实践提供理论支持。This paper makes a systematic study on the university interdisciplinary organization management from the perspective of ecology and ecological co-evolution. It makes a theoretical analysis on the university interdisciplinary organization management corresponds strongly with the co-evolution theory, and defines connotation of interdisciplinary organization co-evolution in universities, and analyzes its features and factors. Centering on the management practice, it proposes suggestions in the different aspects of strategic objectives, organizational size, developmental mode, managing mode, evaluation and motivation system design, disciplinary culture, provide the management practice of interdisciplinary organization co-evolution with theoretical support.
