中美高校职业生涯辅导体系的比较研究

摘　　要：探讨美国高校职业生涯辅导体系的特点,介绍美国高校职业生涯辅导咨询工作的服务理念、服务内容、服务团队以及服务模式等状况,对照分析了我国高校咨询工作中存在的若干问题,并通过中美两国的横向比较,提出促进我国高校职业生涯辅导体系的建设和辅导咨询工作进一步发展的建议和思考。At present, the construction of China＇s college career counseling system is still in newly established phase, facing difficulties and problems on the way forward. Combined with the experience of the study in U.S. and the practice of the authors＇ own work, this paper discusses the characteristics of American universities career counseling system and introduces the U.S. college career counseling service concept, service content, service team, and mode of service and other conditions. Besides, by analyzing several problems existing in the consulting work of Chinese universities, and through the horizontal comparison of China and the United States, this paper proposes some thoughts and suggestions to promote the establishment of China＇s college career counseling system construction and further development of consulting work.
