玻璃体切除术治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切除术治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的手术效果及视力改善情况。方法回顾性分析2011年1月～2012年1月期间我院收治的增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者82例(90只眼)的临床资料,对不同分期的PDR患者的手术效果及术后视力改善情况进行统计学分析。结果术后82例(90眼)患者的手术效果分为显著和不显著,结果显示,Ⅳ期患者的手术效果显效率最高,达78.6%,不同分期患者的手术效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期患者术后视力改善率92.9%(13/14),Ⅴ期患者术后视力改善率77.8%(28/36),Ⅵ期患者术后视力改善率55.0%(22/40),三组术后视力改善率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体切除术治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变手术效果良好,可明显改善患者的视力情况,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of visual acuity improved vitrectomy treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR）. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2011 to January 2012, the clinical data of proliferative diabetic retinopathy in our hospital 82 patients （90 eyes）, the effect of surgery and postoperative visual acuity in patients with different stages PDR to improve for statistical analysis. Results The 82 cases after surgery （90 eyes） the effect of surgery in patients divided into significant and not significant, the results showed the highest Ⅳ of the effect of surgery in patients with significant efficiency upto 78.6%, the effect of surgery in patients with different stages comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Stage Ⅳ patients with visual acuity improvement rate of 92.9%（13/14）, Ⅴ patients with visual acuity improvement rate of 77.8%, 55.0% of the Ⅵ in patients with visual acuity improvement rate, three sets of visual acuity improvement rate comparison, the difference was statistieally significanee（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion vitrectomy in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients were satisfaetory, can significantly improve the patient＇s vision, worthy of clinical application.
