摘　　要：端粒作为一种生物钟,决定着细胞的增殖能力和细胞寿命。细胞每分裂一次,端粒DNA就会缩短一次,直至缩短到一定程度而终止分裂走向衰亡。同时,端粒酶则可以延伸端粒DNA来维持细胞的分裂能力。G-四联体是端粒DNA存在的一种特殊结构,可以有效阻止端粒酶与端粒相结合延伸端粒的过程。因此,只要促进G-四联体的形成或维持G-四联体的结构稳定就可以起到端粒酶抑制剂的作用,从而加速肿瘤细胞的凋亡。As a kind of biological clock,telomere can determine multiplication capacity and lifetime of a cell.Telomere DNA will be shortened every time the cell divides until a certain degree when the cells start to die.At the same time,telomerase is able to extend telomere DNA so that cells keep dividing.Fesearches indicate that G-quadruplex is a specific structure of telomere DNA,and it can prevent telomerase from combining with telomere and extending telomere.So,it can play the same role as telomere inhibitor by promoting the formation of G-quadruplex or stabilizing the structure of G-quadruplex,thus accelerating the apoptosis of tumor cell.
