红霉素治疗乳腺癌术后皮下积液的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨红霉素治疗乳腺癌术后皮下积液的临床应用价值。方法将2009年1月至2012年10月吉林油田总医院收治的70例乳腺癌术后皮下积液患者随机分为试验组(35例)和对照组(35例)。两组患者均行反复穿刺抽吸并加压包扎,试验组在第1次穿刺后经皮向积液腔内注入红霉素0.15 g+0.9%氯化钠溶液10 mL,1 h后穿刺抽出液体。对比两组患者的穿刺次数、总引流量、治疗天数、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组穿刺次数少的比例、引流量少的比例、治疗天数少的比例均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组局部疼痛发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后皮下积液的患者中,局部应用红霉素能有效地减少穿刺次数,减少总引流量,缩短治疗时间,但局部疼痛发生率较高。Objective To study the clinical value of erythromycin in preventing the seroma after mastectomy.Methods Senventy cases of mastocarcinoma admitted by Jilin Oilfield Hospital during Jan.2009 and Oct.2012 were divided into two groups randomly.The trial group had thirty five cases,and the control group had thirty five cases.The 2 groups were given percutaneous puncture and compression bandaging.The trial group was percutaneous applied the injection of erythromycin 0.15 g,mixed with 10 mL 0.9% sodium chloride for 1 h after the first percutaneous puncture.The puncture times,total drainage,treatment days and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The proportions of less times of puncture,less drainage quantity,and less treatment days of the trial group were higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）;the incidence of local pain in the trial group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The application of erythromycin in the treatment of post-mastectomy can effectively reduce the times of puncture,total drainage flow and the treatment time,but the incidence of local pain is higher.
